Tim Barton is a working artist living in Philadelphia, PA. He holds an AA in Fine Arts from State University of New York, Fulton Montgomery Community College, as well as a Nuclear Regulatory Commission Senior Reactor Operators License for the commercial Salem Nuclear Power Plants. He is currently employed by Exelon Nuclear LLC as a Corporate Senior Emergency Preparedness Specialist.  His art work is currently in several large collections as well as many private collections.
